The problem
The FA’s existing platform had outdated, unengaging materials and limited guidance, resulting in low usage. We revamped the Bootroom design and learning content to address these gaps and align with business priorities.
My role
I designed the platform’s core experience—homepage, navigation, and search—covering the full learning journey from articles and courses to quizzes and bundles, including key features like user profiles and notifications, while supporting the UI designer and aligning closely with the lead UX designer.
