Collaborated with Veo and The FA to design an AI-driven tactical assistant. This "Copilot" leverages computer vision and machine learning to transform video streams into a comprehensive dashboard of statistical insights, allowing coaches to identify patterns, optimise player positioning, and refine strategy with surgical precision.

The Problem

Grassroots coaches often face a significant "data divide." Unlike elite clubs with massive budgets and dedicated analysis teams, local coaches lack the technical and financial resources to extract deep insights from their games. Without intervention, these coaches risk falling behind as the sport becomes increasingly driven by data. My goal was to democratise this technology, giving every coach the same tactical "eyes" as a Premier League manager

The Solution

I led the competitive research and UX strategy to architect the AI Copilot interface for The FA. My focus was on translating complex computer vision data into a streamlined, actionable user flow for grassroots coaches. By developing a high-fidelity interactive prototype, I provided a tangible vision of how elite-level tactical insights can be democratized. This accelerated design approach secured immediate stakeholder approval to move directly into live user testing.

The prototype successfully secured immediate stakeholder approval, leading to a green light for live user testing.
