Consultants and clients faced significant challenges, including scattered content across multiple systems, inefficient keyword-based searches that returned irrelevant results, and version control issues that led to the use of outdated documents, all of which resulted in a substantial amount of time lost in document retrieval rather than delivering insights to clients. Additionally, the document upload and approval process was tedious, adding further delays.

I conducted system mapping to understand how multiple data sources integrated with the AI. I then defined agent capabilities, outlining what the AI could automate versus where human oversight was required. User flows and wireframes were designed to simplify complex approval processes into a clean dashboard experience.
