The Problem
Users struggled with inefficient medicine stock tracking due to a lack of digital tools and reliance on outdated PDFs, a problem worsened by a discontinued service. Simultaneously, Pfizer faces high costs and delays from complex, manual off-contract claims, hindering efficiency and customer relations.
My Role
As Product Designer, I led end-to-end UI/UX to transform clunky, PDF-based stock checks into clear digital interfaces. I also redesigned complex claims for automation, drastically cutting errors and easing customer service workload. Crucially, I managed client relationships to ensure our design solutions directly aligned with their operations.
