The Solution
We designed an easy-to-use dashboard that gives pharmacists an instant look at what’s in stock. By automating the claims forms with pre-filled data, we cut out the tedious manual entry and stopped the "missing info" errors that usually slow everyone down.
The Results
Real-time tracking led to a ~26% drop in error callbacks, cutting out the back-and-forth and letting pharmacists focus on their patients instead of correcting paperwork.
