Vhi reached out because they were ready to lead in health tech, but lacked the user insights to build a foundation. With no existing data on how consumers actually engage with wellness services, they needed a research-led strategy to ensure their new digital direction was grounded in real human needs.
The Solution
Designed and conducted structured questionnaires to uncover consumer attitudes toward health insurance and wellness. Created data visualisation slides to present findings and identify strategic opportunities for VHI to expand into the wellness industry.
The Results
Our tech-first approach transformed how members manage their health. In 2021, we saw a 28% surge in Health & Wellbeing usage (380k interactions) and a massive 79% jump in online GP bookings, facilitating 46,000 digital consultations.
