The Problem
Vhi sought to expand its digital services by integrating a new wellness offering into its app. However, without a clear understanding of user needs, the company was uncertain where to begin and risked creating a generic product that would fail to stand out in a crowded market.
My Role
My core responsibility for this project was to drive our strategy through behavioral research, competitive analysis, and data visualisations. I leveraged structured observation and case studies to uncover people's attitudes toward
health insurance and healthy lifestyles, identifying key reasons behind their choices. These insights were then used to inform the strategic ideas and features that were presented to Vhi for their product roadmap.
